This hands-on class will teach you how to make simple truffles, filled bonbons and caramels. Come learn to work with chocolate and caramel, make a sweet gift, or just have fun. Please bring a container and parchment paper to bring your treats home in.
Heather has many years of experience teaching and tutoring popular cooking and gardening classes to individuals of all ages. She has a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. When not teaching, Heather enjoys spending time with her family or in her own kitchen. Her passions include her family (husband and 3 children), serving, living simply and fully in the moment, and eating tasty yet healthy foods. In her limited free time, she is found being a taxi mom, swimming laps, gardening, biking, camping or trying to finish a good book.
