Our instructor, An Chi Lo blends these slow breathing and moving exercises into a wonderful routine that helps to get circulation moving while increasing range of motion, balance, and stamina. Following the tradition founded in China where millions of practitioners start their day with routines in parks and along beaches that she observed as a child in Taiwan she finishes the class by preparing and serving various teas from across Asia in a traditional fashion.
