Peaceful Yoga Flow

Winter-Spring 2024-25

The Peaceful Yoga Flow class is for anyone interested in practicing the elements of a gentle yoga flow practice. The hour long practice will focus on movement through poses connecting the breath and body. We will take time to move through and feel the benefits of the poses bring in breathwork and meditation.

I fully embraced the yoga asana practice after an injury prevented me

from running. Seeking a practice that would bring me peace and comfort in my body I immersed myself in the study and practice of yoga. This led me to completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training and social emotional learning certification and now continuing to pursue my 500 hour yoga teacher training. During this journey my passion to make yoga inclusive was sparked! I truly believe that yoga is for everybody!! Outside of practicing yoga I am a wife, mom of 2 adult children and a special education teacher who loves connecting with nature whether it be hiking, biking, gardening, skiing or enjoying a book outside. I am also a Reiki Master/Practitioner. I am currently certified in Yin Yoga, Hatha Style Yoga, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
