Children will work towards floating and gliding independently on both their front and their back with proper body position. Effective body position is the focus of this level. Swimmers will also be taught to roll over, float on their backs, and call for help at this level as a safety skill. Children must be at least 3 years of age to register. They also need to be able to comfortably do 10 bobs underwater with rhythmic breathing to enter this level.
